In 1974, Bob left New York and joined the Fresno law firm of Baker, Manock & Jensen to head up its tax practice. In 2000, Bob was a founding member of Fishman, Larsen & Callister.
Bob’s expertise is in taxation, including corporate and partnership taxation, individual tax planning/consulting, real estate taxation, estate planning, and trusts and probate.

Bob has represented individual and corporate taxpayers before the IRS in audit, appeals, tax fraud, and tax evasion cases.

In addition to tax cases, Bob has significant experience in sales, purchases and mergers of businesses, business formation and restructuring, real estate purchases, sales and exchanges, condemnation taxation, and sophisticated estate and business planning.
